Pre-Delivery
Inspection (PDI)
Service
Pre-Delivery Inspection is done on all new products (trucks, vehicles & forklifts) before delivery to customers. The service is conducted by referring
to Manufacturer’s procedure manual which are developed by the respective suppliers of the products.
Free Service
Check-up
Vehicles supplied by the company are entitled for free service check-ups at 1,000Km and 5,000Km except for the replacement of lubricants and filters, this type of check-ups enable to follow up the conditions of vehicles at their early mileages.
Periodic Maintenance
Proper periodic maintenance ensures good performance, greater reliability, high safety & longer life for vehicles. For this purpose our customers are advised to follow the periodic maintenance schedules recommended by manufacturers’ for their specific vehicles.
Component Repairs & Overhaul
Component repairs and overhauls are conducted on mechanical, electrical, electronics & mechatronics system of the products (vehicles, trucks & forklifts) in this section of our workshop. This includes diagnosis & repair of any malfunctions of the products using the diagnostic tools available, overhauling of units like engines, automatic & manual transmissions/ transaxles, differentials, steering gearboxes, starters, alternators and etc.
Body Repair & Painting Service
The body repair and painting section of the company’s workshop carries out minor and major body repair & painting works in order to restore a damaged vehicle/ truck to its original good state. This workshop is equipped with the necessary body repairs tools and paint booth which enables to make factory quality paints.
Technical Training
The company provides trainings to its technicians to cope up with ever growing technological advancement in automotive industry. The training facility of the company has the full time trainers and well equipped with the necessary training material and equipment which are required for the delivery of quality trainings. For the competence of our technicians they are also attending training programs regularly scheduled by our principal suppliers both on a face to face and virtual basis. In addition to training company’s own technicians Nyala Motors trains customers technicians and drivers with the objective of familiarize them on new technical features of the products supplied.
